The firm’s tool is assessed through its
application of the 32 sub-criteria developed from internationally
approved standards designed to assist firms to achieve long-term

The leadership
is concerned about identification and application of values that create
the business culture and drive its behavior. The good leadership is
considered the prime generator of all business success in its basic
components represented in the vision of leadership, assessment of future
opportunities and the firm and application of resources required to make
